Aero-naut Queen Sportboat Kit

Queen is a prototypical wooden boat from the 60s of the last century. At that time, the sports boats were still built of fine mahogany wood - like our Queen.

The proven hull shape of the two models Classic Sport Boat and Diva was adopted and further enlarged in the design, as well as supplemented with a new superstructure. To ensure that this model is well protected against splashing water, the side panels of the body are firmly glued to the fuselage.

To access the interior, the roof of the cabin is removed and the cockpit is taken out of the aft hull part as a whole shell.

This model is a wooden kit in chine design, which is a prerequisite for easy and quick assembly. All wooden parts are largely pre-worked and can be glued immediately after a short adjustment. The assembly is carried out in the same way as for the Classic sports boat and Diva: a pre-punched depron plate serves as a heling, into which the frames are inserted. After inserting the keel and the 2 longitudinal members, the entire frame frame is already aligned.

The model kit contains all the wooden parts, fittings and the ship's shaft required for construction.
